Access and Parking
Building Access
The building can be accessed either from Szczytnicka Street or through the courtyard entrance.
The intercom access codes will be sent to you by email and/or SMS one day before your arrival.
Entrance from Szczytnicka Street (No. 31)
Courtyard Entrance
The courtyard entrance is located on the Grunwaldzki Campus side, next to the GreenDay office building.
To enter the property, use the access code to open both the pedestrian gate and the building entrance door.
Apartment Access
Take the lift or the stairs to the second floor.
The apartment is No. 9, clearly marked on the entrance door.

Underground Parking
Complimentary parking is available for guests staying at Artecento.
The parking space accommodates up to two passenger cars parked one behind the other. Vehicles with LPG (gas) installations are not permitted.

Access to the Garage
A remote control for the garage is provided inside the apartment. It is located in the hallway wardrobe, inside a locked storage compartment on the left-hand side.
The access code for the compartment will be sent to you by email one day before your arrival.
After passing through the entrance barrier (opened using the first button on the remote), continue to the underground garage entrance. Open the garage door using the second button on the remote.
If the parking space is secured with a parking lock, use the key attached to the remote to unlock it.

Important Information
The access ramps to the underground garage are quite steep.
If you are driving a vehicle with low ground clearance (especially a sports car), we strongly recommend descending the ramps at an angle rather than straight on, as driving straight may damage the front bumper or spoiler.
After entering the garage:
keep to the right-hand wall,
descend diagonally to Level -1,
turn left,
at the end of the lane turn left again onto the ramp leading to Level -2,
descend the second ramp diagonally,
keep close to the left-hand wall,
then turn right to reach parking spaces 162 and 163.
Leaving the Garage
Before leaving your vehicle, please remember to take the garage remote control with you.
To leave the garage and return later, use the same route along the vehicle ramps.
Please do not use the stairwells, as we do not have access keys or entry codes for them.
Walking Back to Artecento
The quickest route back to the apartment is approximately 350 metres.
After leaving the garage at street level:
- Exit through the barrier gate onto Benedykta Polaka Street.
- Turn left, passing Kawalerka Cafe.
- Turn left again next to Piekarnia Sąsiedzi bakery.
- Continue straight through the university campus car park, keeping to the right-hand side.
- After passing through the campus gate, turn right to reach the rear entrance of our building.
